Ozobot offers a 90 day warranty against manufacturer defects. Warranty only valid with proof of purchase from authorized re-seller of Ozobot. Warranty is void if the Ozobot is opened or tampered with. If there is an issue with your Ozobot then you should first try to obtain a replacement from the original place of purchase. If it is outside of the return window, then you may contact us if you have purchased Ozobot within 90 days and can show proof of purchase.
